All orders ship from Israel
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days by Israeli mail ECO Post service with a tracking number and usually take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
Shipping fees are calculated depending on your location
Shipment may delay due to holiday, costume, VAT and your county’s postal services
Please note that depending on your country's customs policies, there may be additional duties & fees to pay when your package arrives.
The customer is responsible for these fees.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 21 days of receipt on unworn and unused jewelry only.

Sale items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded only exchanged or you’ll be given a gift credit for the value of your purchase
Refund, Exchange or Credit
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
In case you are eligible for a refund, credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
In case you received damaged goods you will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges in other cases you will be refunded minus 5% of the purchase value and minus all shipping charges
You may also apply to receive credit in form of a gift card, in which case you will receive the full amount of your purchase minus all shipping costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
